Dr. Matthew Ho is a Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada-certified Urologist with subspecialty training in the management of urologic cancers, including prostate, bladder, kidney, adrenal, testis, and penile cancers.

Born and raised in Vancouver, B.C., Dr. Ho attended the University of British Columbia for both his undergraduate education and his Doctor of Medicine degree. He then completed a 5-year surgical residency in Urology at the University of British Columbia. After residency, Dr. Ho travelled to the University of Chicago to pursue subspecialty training in the treatment of urologic cancers. There, he completed an accredited 2-year clinical and research fellowship in Urologic Oncology, where he honed his skills in the surgical and non-surgical management of genitourinary cancers.

Dr. Ho’s practice is based in Kelowna, B.C. In addition to cancer, he treats the full spectrum of general urologic concerns. With his partners Drs. Wiesenthal, Locke and Carter, Dr. Ho is pleased to offer patient-centred urologic care based on the best available evidence.

Dr. Ho is currently accepting referrals from the entire Okanagan region and beyond.
